Major requirements

All students who enter the BSEE program in Autumn 2012 or after must complete these  requirements to earn their degree. Learn more about the EE admissions process.

Core Courses (55 credits)

Electrical Engineering Electives (15 credits)

*Choose 3 courses (15 credits) from the following list; a combined maximum of 10 credits of B EE 490, B EE 498, and B EE 499 may be counted toward the 15 credit requirement:

Graduation policies

In order to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from UW Bothell, students are required to complete the above stated requirements (totaling 180 credits) with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Students must earn a 2.0 or higher in all required courses for them to count towards the BSEE degree requirements. Only 10 credits of 200 level B EE electives may count towards the BSEE elective requirement. In addition, students must meet all University of Washington Bothell graduation requirements.
