Dana Nakashima

Biological Sciences Department Coordinator

Dana provides administrative assistance to the chair of the Biological Sciences department and coordinates a variety of processes related to the life of the department.

Background

Dana comes to the School of STEM from the University of Washington’s School of Medicine. Dana is a UW Seattle alum with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Prior to joining the University of Washington, Dana worked in the insurance industry as a programmer/systems analyst and in K-12 education as a paraeducator.
