Group Fitness Schedule Part 2

Group Fitness Fall Schedule Part 2 is LIVE!!

There are more offerings and times available during the week including NEW formats: Barre, Dance Cardio, and Yoga Power! We are also continuing our collaboration with UWB Counseling by offering Mindful Mondays in the studio all quarter long. Check out the descriptions for these classes in this post.

Yoga & Pilates at the Campus Library

De-stress & unwind during finals week by attending a Group Fitness class hosted by the ARC Fitness & Campus Library! No registration, come & go as you please!

Wednesday, December 3 – Yoga from 2:00-2:45PM

Monday, December 8 – Pilates from 4:00-4:45PM

Yoga Power

Attend the last two Yoga Power offerings this Fall Quarter and get an ARC FIT Challenge shirt!

Yoga Power: Yoga Power is a form of Vinyasa with a faster pace that focuses on building strength and endurance while incorporating mindfulness.

ARC Programs Collaboration Request

Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind. 

With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!

Please fill out the ARC Programs Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
