Group Fitness Class Schedule
Fall into Fall Quarter by attending our Group Fitness classes!
We are offering a variety of formats for this first part of the quarter including Total Body & Lower Body Strength, Indoor Cycling Express, Pilates Fusion, and Yoga classes. We are also continuing our collaboration with UWB Counseling by offering Mindful Mondays in the studio all quarter long.

ARC Programs Collaboration Request
Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind.
With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!
Please fill out the Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
