Thank you for participating in Spring Quarter Classes!
Thank you for participating in our programs and group fitness classes this Spring Quarter. We had over 250 check-ins and 300 registrations, and that’s all thanks to you!
As we wrap up Spring Quarter, we would appreciate any feedback on our class formats, offerings, events, and any other suggestions for our programs you may have. This will help us plan for the next academic year to create fun, engaging programs starting in Fall 2026! Please complete this survey and provide as much feedback as you would like. It should take up to 5 minutes to complete.
Yoga & Wellness Celebration – July 21
In the spirit of International Day of Yoga on June 21, join us for a Yoga & Wellness celebration!
International Day of Yoga is celebrated globally and recognized by the United Nations. This session on July 21 will include gentle yoga, breathing, and meditation to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Free for all UW Bothell & Cascadia College students, faculty and staff. This Yoga & Wellness session will be taught by UW Bothell Faculty member, Madhu Rajanna.

Location: ARC Lower Level, Fitness Center Studio
Registration: You can register ahead of time by completing this form and signing ARC Waiver form.
- We encourage you to save your spot and register prior to the event through the form, but you can also register in-person at the Fitness Center Studio 5-10 minutes before the event starts.
Other details:
- This event is FREE for all current UW Bothell & Cascadia College students, faculty, and staff. For those that do not have a membership, no problem. For this session only, you can attend without needing a membership.
- When you arrive, please check into the Fitness Front Desk and let them know you are there for this event then make your way to the Fitness Center Studio.
Fitness Center Summer Hours
The ARC & Fitness Center will be open the following days and times for Summer Quarter. The First & Second Level of the ARC will be open starting Monday, June 22. The Fitness Center will be open starting Monday, June 29.

Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind.
With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!
Please fill out the ARC Programs Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
