Group Fitness Spring Quarter Schedule

Our Spring 2026 Schedule is here! For Spring Quarter, we have more offerings of Yoga Vinyasa and Barre. Along with your favorites – Pilates, Total Body Strength, Dance Cardio, Yoga Restorative, and Indoor Cycling Express.

For more information as a participant in our Group Fitness programs, please check our Group Fitness Participant Guide page. This page includes details on how to register for classes, how to cancel a reservation, your role as a participant, and the instructors’ responsibilities.

Our Group fitness classes are open to all abilities, skill levels, and genders. Group Fitness Instructors provide modifications for all levels and all abilities to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our ARC certified Group Fitness Instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to captivate you!

Register online myARC Member Portal or in-person at the Fitness Center 5-10 minutes before class time starts. Those that arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be able to participate.


Intro to Group Fitness Week

We are excited to bring back Intro to Group Fitness Week (March 30-April 3). This week offers 30-minute classes of every format that will be offered in Spring Quarter. Intro to Group Fitness Week is a great way to get to know the basics of each format, meet your instructor for the class, and check out the space and equipment available. See the schedule listed below.

Tuesday, March 31

  • Yoga Vinyasa 6:00-6:30pm
  • Spring Reset: Yoga Class at the Campus Library from 7:15-8:00pm

Wednesday, April 1

  • Total Body Strength 11:00-11:30am
  • Indoor Cycling Express 1:15-1:45pm

Thursday, April 2

  • Yoga Restorative 6:00-6:30pm

Friday, April 3

  • Dance Cardio 2:00-2:30pm

Spring Reset: Yoga at the Campus Library!

Come join us for sunset yoga in the library! Start this new quarter off with a moment to reset!⠀

Yoga Restorative: This low-intensity yoga flow focuses on mindfulness and flexibility. It will leave everyone feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. ⠀

Date & Time: Tuesday, March 31 from 7:15p-8:00p

Location: Campus Library Reading Room LBA, 3rd Floor

No registration, come & go as you please! All equipment will be provided.


We are hiring! 2026-2027

Applications are open for our Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Center Attendant positions. All applicants must be a currently enrolled student at UW Bothell or Cascadia College.

Group Fitness Instructors are primarily responsible for conducting effective group fitness classes, educating patrons on basic fitness knowledge, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable workout environment for class participants. Formats: Dance, Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Conditioning, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, and more!

Fitness Center Attendants are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and helpful workout environment for users in the Fitness Center. Attendants will assist in proper equipment usage and respond to any incidents or accidents. They also assist with participant check-in to the Fitness Center and check-out/return equipment at the Fitness Desk. Must be available to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

ARC Programs Collaboration Request

Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind. 

With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!

Please fill out the ARC Programs Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
