Winter 2026 Group Fitness Schedule: January 12-March 13

The Winter 2026 Group Fitness Schedule is here! This quarter, we are offering a wide variety of classes with more offerings! Attend your favorite Dance Cardio, Yoga Restorative, and Total Body Strength class twice a week. Pilates, Yoga Vinyasa, Indoor Cycling Express, and Barre are also coming back this quarter.

Our Group fitness classes are open to all abilities, skill levels, and genders. Group Fitness Instructors provide modifications for all levels and all abilities to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our ARC certified Group Fitness Instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to captivate you!

Register online myARC Member Portal or in-person at the Fitness Center 5-10 minutes before class time starts. Those that arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be able to participate.

ARC Triathlon

Start the New Year with us! ARC Programs is excited to announce our inaugural ARC Triathlon Challenge. This challenge offers an asynchronous, flexible format for solo or team participation. Registration will be open January 5th-30th. The final day of participation is February 2ndOnce you register, the fun begins! 

Register online myARC Member Portal. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with details on the Triathlon and how to complete the challenge.

We will celebrate the end of the triathlon with a celebration on February 4th (National Girls and Women in Sports Day). This event is open to all abilities, skill levels, and genders! Time and location for the banquet will be included in the registration process.

ARC Programs Collaboration Request

Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind. 

With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!

Please fill out the ARC Programs Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
