ARC meeting rooms can be reserved by any UW-Bothell or Cascadia College recognized club or organization and ARC professional Staff. ARC Reservation Policies & Procedures

ARC 110

• Seats 12
• Monitor for presentations/PowerPoint
• Built in web camera
• Primary use is for student clubs and organizations

ARC 121 (The Board Room)

• Seats 24 around the table, additional perimeter seating available by request
• Projector for presentations/PowerPoint
• Video/Web conferencing available
• Assisted listening devices available
• Voice recording capacity available
• Primary use is for student clubs and organizations

ARC 210

Only reservable by ARC professional staff or event requests.
