Our centers

Our free, peer-based support is offered via a unique collaboration between three centers in the Learning Commons. Although each center offers a distinct service, they all share the same overarching goal.

  • Academic Success Coaching (ASC): This program is designed to support students on their academic journey and reach their full academic potential while at UW Bothell.
  • Quantitative Skills Center (QSC): This center promotes quantitative reasoning through peer tutoring and faculty development. We aim to help develop skills and confidence in quantitative reasoning.
  • Writing & Communication Center (WaCC): This center supports students of all abilities, at any stage of the reading, writing, or presentation process. Our aim is to help students become stronger, more effective, and more confident writers and communicators.

Community Agreement

The Learning Commons is here to help every student learn in ways that are efficient, effective, and fair. To keep our space safe and welcoming for everyone, we ask that students, staff, and faculty follow our Community Agreement.
