I-901 SEVIS Fee

You must pay the I-901 SEVIS Fee to the US Government to maintain your SEVIS record. The fee is currently $350.

This fee is applicable to everyone with a new SEVIS ID. It does not apply to students transferring their current SEVIS record from another school.

How to pay

  • Go to fmjfee.com and click on Pay I-901 Fee.
  • You will be asked for your SEVIS ID, Last Name, Given Name, and Date of Birth. Please enter everything as it is printed on your I-20.
  • SEVIS School Code for UW Bothell: SEA 214F 00005 000
  • SEVIS School Code for UW Bothell (Bellevue Campus): SEA 214F 00005 001
    • Only for School of Business students admitted to the Bellevue Campus. Check the school code on your I-20 if you’re unsure.
  • Submit the payment

After you have paid, you can return to this website if you ever need your I-901 receipt. You can print the receipt by using the Check I-901 Status button.
