Student Academic Showcase

The Student Academic Showcase is a campus-wide celebration featuring student learning and research journeys, collaborations, community partners, and networking.
This annual event is comprehensive and features students across all academic disciplines. It provides a platform where students can share their achievements and raise awareness on diverse topics from environmental studies to educational improvements.
The next Student Academic showcase is scheduled for May 12-14, 2026.
Submissions are normally due by March. A Submission Guidelines for Students handout, poster, banners and graphics can be downloaded from the promo kit folder.
Fall 2025 quarter submissions are being collected now! Plan now to present in spring. Students can submit their project, or faculty, staff, and community partners can also nominate students.
Former Schedule
- Day 1, Kickoff
- Day 2, Oral presentations
- Day 3, Poster & oral presentations
All of the students I nominated were very excited. It gave them an opportunity to take themselves seriously as researchers and they learned a lot about how to give a professional presentation, including how to handle the Q&A. It was a tremendous learning experience and confidence builder. I also saw families there beaming with pride at what their kids were achieving.
