Background
Printing from Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to any Ricoh printer on-campus requires extra steps to accommodate your assigned print code. This how-to article will guide you through the process.
On this article, LB2-208-RicohC2504 and Adobe Reader under macOS Big Sur will be used as an example.
Steps:
Under Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, the following print panel will appear after you clicked on the print command on a PDF. Please make sure the desired Ricoh printer is selected.
Click on the Page Setup button at the bottom of the print panel and click Yes.
Please make sure the desired Ricoh printer is displayed on Format For selector and click OK.
Click on the Printer button at the bottom of the print panel and click Yes.
Select Job Log from the drop down menu and click on the Enable User Code box. Type in your assigned print code in the User Code field and click Print.
Click Print on the print panel to process the print job.
