To best serve the campus community, UW Bothell IT Helpdesk offers extended hours of support for phone, email, walk-ups, and equipment check-out during the first two weeks of each academic quarter. After the first two weeks, UW Bothell IT Helpdesk will maintain the standard hours listed on this page.
Academic quarter Helpdesk support hours
This schedule applies to autumn, winter and spring quarters.
Walk-up support & equipment check-out
- Please note, helpdesk extended support hours are not offered on Saturdays. A standard schedule is maintained throughout each academic quarter.
- Special extended support hours for the first two weeks of each academic quarter:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Standard academic quarter support hours:
- Monday – Saturday*, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, starting April 18, 2026
Phone & email support
