The UWB IT Helpdesk Equipment Circulation service allows you to check out state-owned equipment for university use (academic or professional) for a set amount of time, free of charge.
Below, you will find a table of all available equipment, their loan times, restrictions, cost of replacing this item, as well as the general demand for each piece of equipment.
User Financial Responsibility:
There is no initial cost associated with utilizing this service. Cost will only inquire in the event that equipment checked out to you is either damaged, stolen or otherwise lost. The replacement costs listed below show the cost of losing or damaging the individual item. Should equipment kit accessories become damaged/lost, there will be an additional cost associated. As the UW Bothell IT Helpdesk is unable to accept payment of any form, we require all lost/damaged equipment replacements to be purchased by the user and returned to the Helpdesk by the stated deadline (typically 3 weeks after the equipment is reported damaged/missing). All purchased equipment must be in new condition, no exceptions. This is to ensure that this critical service remains maintained throughout the year.
