Accounting Career Fair – In Person – REGISTER NOW!

October 2, 2025 | 3:30PM-5:30 PM | Activities & Recreation Center (ARC)

This niche fair designed to connect firms, and organizations in any industry interested in recruiting accounting and finance students. The fair is targeted toward employers interested in hiring soon-to-be and recent graduates or interns. Employers are invited to showcase their organizations, share insights about their work culture, and discuss the skills and experiences they seek in new hires and interns. 

Registration fees:

Registration – $300 (Corporate), $175 (Non-profit) Until September 17
Late Registration – $350 (Corporate), $200 (Non-profit) September 18-26
Sponsorship: $500

Fall Job and Internship Fair – In-Person – REGISTER NOW!

October 15, 2025 | 10:30AM-2:00PM | Activities & Recreation Center (ARC)

The UW Bothell 2025 Fall Job & Internship Fair gives employers an opportunity to meet with our diverse student body in person. This fair is open to all industries and all majors. Employers are invited to recruit for full-time positions, internships, research opportunities, and part-time jobs.  

Registration fees:

Registration – $400 (Corporate), $175 (Non-profit) Until September 24
Late Registration – $350 (Corporate), $200 (Non-profit) September 25 – October 1
Sponsorship: $700

  • Biotech, Health & Science Fair – February 5, 2026 10:00AM – 12:00PM
  • Spring Job & Internship Fair – April 21, 2026 – 10:30am–2:00pm

Refund Policy

We hope that an organization will not cancel, but in the event that an organization chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following cancellation policy applies: (1) If cancellation occurs up to two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, (2) If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior, you forfeit your full registration fee. All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events must be paid to participate in future Career Services events.
