Biotech Career Fair 2026 – In Person – REGISTER NOW!

February 5, 2026 l 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM l Activities & Recreation Center (ARC)

This is a specialized event designed to connect employers and graduate school recruiters with highly motivated UW Bothell students who are passionate about pursuing careers in the fields of biotechnology, health, science, and mathematics. This event provides access to a diverse pool of students equipped with strong academic backgrounds.

Employers are invited to recruit for full-time jobs, internships, and research positions, while graduate schools can share details about their programs, admissions requirements, and application process.

For All Recruiters: We encourage you to explore our diverse degree programs to discover how they align with your recruitment goals and talent needs.

For Nursing Recruiters: Please be aware that our nursing program primarily serves current nurses who are seeking advancement within their existing roles. As a result, our nursing students don’t typically attend our career fairs. However, we’re always happy to discuss any other opportunities you might have for engaging with our nursing community.

Registration fees:

Registration – $300 (Corporate), $175 (Non-Profit)

Sponsorship – $500

Refund Policy

We hope that an organization will not cancel, but in the event that an organization chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following cancellation policy applies: (1) If cancellation occurs up to two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, (2) If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior, you forfeit your full registration fee. All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events must be paid to participate in future Career Services events.
