UW Bothell Information Technologies Equipment Checkout Service

UW Bothell Information Technologies provides the campus with an equipment checkout service operating out of the IT Helpdesk located in the library building. Click here to find out more about our laptop and WiFi hotspot lending program.

Service Availability Update:

UWB IT is now accepting media equipment, laptop, and WiFi hotspot returns! If you have equipment to return, please click here to view return instructions (you will need to login with your UW NetID). If you have any questions, please email uwbit@uw.edu and we're happy to help.

Due to restrictions caused by COVID-19, the Media Equipment Checkout Service is currently closed through Summer quarter 2020. A decision for Fall quarter availability is to be determined. UW Bothell IT will continue to update this page as more information becomes available.

When is this service available?

  • Available when the UW Bothell IT Helpdesk is open during the academic quarter
  • This service is not available during school breaks or when the library building is otherwise closed

Where can I go to check out equipment?

  • Equipment checkout is available at the IT Helpdesk on the second floor of the library, LB2-218 (directly above Food for Thought Cafe)
