When Should I Arrive to Campus?

We strongly encourage you to ensure that you arrive to campus in time to attend Orientation.

Undergraduate Students: Your university orientation is an Advising & Orientation (A&O).

Graduate Students: Your university orientation is your department orientation (please contact your department for details). 

What Documents Must I Have When I Enter the U.S.?

  • Valid passport
  • Valid F1 visa
  • UW Bothell I-20 with valid travel signature
  • UW Bothell admission letter
  • I-901 SEVIS Fee receipt
  • Financial documents

If you are arriving to the U.S. on an initial I-20, immigration regulations allow you to enter up to 30 days before the start of the quarter. This date is listed as the program start date on your UW Bothell I-20. 

How Can I Reach UW Bothell from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport?
