    • Coordinate and manage the administrative support for the Advising & Orientation Program 
    • Supervise and manage Student Affairs Welcome Desk
    • Assist with record keeping, budget reconciliation, and financial reporting. 
    • Primary website contact for OTP, including our required on-line Orientation Program for all students. 
    • Order supplies and coordinate bids and purchasing contracts with vendors.
