Makers Fair

Don’t miss the 3rd Annual UWB Makers Fair on February 11, 2026. This is a celebration of our community’s creative talents and uniquely-made creations. Last years Fair featured 80+ student, faculty, staff, alumni, and community makers. From handmade crafts to desserts, we are gathering everyone to inspire one another, to explore, to share, and to support the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of our community! All are welcome! Show some love for our makers! If you are interested in being a vendor, application will open November 1, 2025 and close December 1, 2025.

HELLO VENDORS!

Here are some resource for table assignments in case you have questions. You have been assigned to either two different venues for the event: ARC (Activities & Recreation Center) or NCEC (North Creek Events Center). Please refer to the Event Map and familiarize yourself with where your spot is located.    

VENDOR CHECK-IN: 

After you have dropped off your supplies to your table, all vendors are required to check-in at our vendor lounge in the Activities and Recreation Center 210. There, you will pick-up your vendor badge and have a chance to pick-up some pastries, snacks, and refreshments before you set-up.  This is highly important, the badge will ensure that you can easily get in and out of the event spaces!  

WIFI:   

We will provide Wi-Fi information. If you need it, please let a staff member know on the day of the event.

VENDOR BREAK ROOM: 

We have a special space for vendors to grab refreshments and treats to fuel you for the day! It will be located in the Activities and Recreation Center (Room 210) by the restrooms (it will be labeled). There will be breakfast pastries, water, snacks, and treats for you all.
