Alicia Eimers

Senior Sales Director
Slalom Consulting

Alicia has 20 years of experience in sales and management in the consulting industry. She moved to Seattle after receiving her undergrad in Business Marketing from University of Idaho where she started her career in sales. Soon after receiving her MBA from UWB in 2008, she joined Slalom Seattle and after a few years had the opportunity to open a new market in Minneapolis in 2013. Alicia was instrumental in growing the 4-person office to the 250+ consultants it is today. She is now working with Slalom to expand into a new Kansas City market. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, running the lakes and taking the dog on long walks.

Alicia on mentorship

I think everyone needs mentors – there’s usually not one person who can help guide your professional path but a few key advisors whose support and wisdom will help shape your future. I have a lot of experience in sales, marketing, management, networking and expanding businesses (especially in new markets!).
