What We Do

The School of Business develops customized executive development programs for client organizations that address specific organizational needs. Programs transform professionals into leaders and combine leading thought leadership with best practices and solid practical application frameworks.  Participants leave with new insights that they can apply immediately to their current work challenges and thus, make meaningful contributions to their organizations.

Our customized programs focus on supporting executive development to enable participants to drive their organizational strategy. We offer programs either at client training sites (both locally and globally), the UW Bothell Campus, or at our Eastside Leadership Center in Bellevue, WA.
