Mentorship EDGE connects students with exceptional business leaders for one year of personalized mentorship. Request a mentor now to join the program, or take a moment to get to know our experienced mentors below!

Student Expectations

In the Mentorship EDGE program, you will connect with a mentor and meet with them each quarter for a year. You may also occasionally be able communicate with your mentor via email (or other preferred methods) if you have questions between meetings.

In order to foster a more meaningful mentoring experience, strive to:

1. Connect remotely or in-person with your mentor at least once per quarter for the coming year.
2. Attend the annual summer quarter Mentorship EDGE networking event.

Steps before you first meet your mentor:

1. Update your resume (for help, visit Career Services)
2. Update your LinkedIn profile
3. Write a brief elevator pitch about yourself and your goals

When engaging your mentor:

• Think of, and create, clear goals
• Prepare thoughtful questions in advance of meetings
• Proactively request assistance from your mentor
• Send a thank you note after meetings
