Mentorship EDGE connects students with exceptional business leaders for one year of personalized mentorship. Request a mentor now to join the program or take a moment to get to know our experienced mentors below.

Student Expectations

In the Mentorship EDGE program, you will connect with a mentor and meet with them each quarter for a year. You may also occasionally be able communicate with your mentor via email (or other preferred methods) if you have questions between meetings.

In order to foster a more meaningful mentoring experience, strive to:

1. Connect remotely or in-person with your mentor at least once per quarter for the coming year.
2. Attend the annual spring quarter Mentorship EDGE awards networking event.

Steps before you first meet your mentor:

1. Update your resume (for help, visit Career Services)
2. Update your LinkedIn profile
3. Write a brief elevator pitch about yourself and your goals

When engaging your mentor:

• Think of, and create, clear goals
• Prepare thoughtful questions in advance of meetings
• Proactively request assistance from your mentor
• Send a thank you note after meetings
