Mary Anne Walk, MS, MBA, MCC
Mary Anne Walk is the Director of Coaching at GISC on Cape Cod and Co-Director of the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification. She served as Executive Director for the Center from June 2012 until January 2014. Additionally, she has held executive positions on the Board of Directors and has been a member of the faculty during her longstanding relationship with the Center.
Mary Anne was the President of Walk & Associates, Inc., a global management consulting and coaching group, and previously Executive Vice President of a software company in New York City, which she joined shortly after retiring from AT&T as Vice President of Human Resources. Mary Anne is a summa cum laude graduate of Tarkio College, holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a MS in Management Science from MIT as a Sloan Fellow. She is certified as a Master Coach from the International Coach Federation.
Ann Carr, MS, MCC, GPCC™
Ann Carr is owner/ principal of Ann Attayek Carr & Associates and Intruequest®, an organizational development consulting, leadership developing and coaching firm in Baltimore, MD. Ann trained in Gestalt oriented Organizational and Systems Development, Working with Physical Process, and Group Process Consulting at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio. She completed the GISC Cape Cod Training Program in Couples, Families and Small Systems Work in 2004 and a range of additional programs focused on working with individuals and groups.
Ann holds a Master of Science degree in Social & Organizational Learning from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Carolina. She is a Newfield Network certified coach, holds the Gestalt Professional Coach Certification™ and the International Coach Federation MCC credential. In addition to her coaching and consulting practice, Ann serves as faculty at GISC, GIC, and adjunct faculty at Georgetown University.
Roderick Allen, MSOD, GPHR, PCC
Roderick Allen is a human resources executive with an extensive background in compensation, talent management and organization development. Roderick has worked in numerous industries with responsibility for human resources in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has extensive experience coaching executive leadership teams and leading strategic change. Roderick received a BS in Education from Northwestern University and has a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. He has received his PCC credentials from the International Coach Federation.
