Meet the HSSA!
SNHS is proud to introduce the Health Studies Student Association!
The Health Studies Student Association (HSSA) was founded in Spring 2020 with the hope of creating a community of students who value understanding healthcare from a global standpoint and want to learn more about what the Health Studies program here at UWB has to offer. Their mission is to introduce diverse roles in health-related fields, provide information on majors and minors in the Health Studies program, and create an interdisciplinary environment for all students.
This winter quarter, they will be holding general meetings every other Wednesday from 6-7pm. Each meeting holds a different activity whether that be games, current news presentations, or guest speakers. There is also a mentorship program in the works that they are hoping to launch late Winter quarter.
