Nurse Scholars Program

Nurse Scholars is a collaboration between the School of Nursing and Health Studies and participating Nursing Programs offered at local colleges. This partnership provides students with a direct pathway to a BSN degree. Nurse Scholars is the same great BSN from UW Bothell, without the usual barriers of the application process. UW Bothell is committed to producing qualified nurses in our region with fewer barriers to admission.

Benefits

The Nurse Scholars (NS) program removes the barriers to higher education. Nurse Scholars applicants benefit from a streamlined application and review process. There is no application fee, no personal statement, and no resume required to apply. NS applicants have the flexibility to start their BSN up to 15 months after graduating. In addition, students can earn BSN credits during the summer quarter!

All nursing students admitted and attending Everett Community College, or Shoreline Community College are eligible to apply to the BSN program as a Nurse Scholar.
