Elizabeth Follmer

Prior to joining the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, Dr. Follmer was on the faculty of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds a BS from St. John’s College and a PhD from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Follmer’s research interests include diversity and inclusion, person-environment fit, identity, and coping with stress. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment.

Dr. Follmer teaches Organizational Behavior, Ethics, and Inclusivity, Managing Work Teams, and Leadership & Decision Making. She has also taught courses in Workforce Planning, Recruiting and Selection, and Negotiations.
