Recommend a Fieldwork Project
Are you a community organization seeking innovative solutions to address population health needs in the local Puget Sound region?

The Health Studies Undergraduate program invites you to become a community fieldwork partner.
We seek opportunities for our students to engage in experiential learning while contributing to the work of a community-based organization applying theory and
professional skills in a health related
fieldwork setting.
Overview
The students complete 40 hours of a fieldwork project with a community partner over the course of 8 weeks. The fieldwork is taken for university credit and supervised by a course instructor from the School of Nursing and Health Studies. The project can be a component of a larger project, or a stand-alone. It can be short-term (for one quarter) or longitudinal (multiple quarters). As part of our program, student engage with experiential learning opportunities while contributing meaningfully to your work in the community! We welcome an opportunity to connect a dedicated student to support your work.
