Anne Loustau served as a faculty member of the Seattle School of Nursing for 20 years (1976-1996) and then as Director of the University of Washington Bothell Nursing Program for 6 years (1996-2002). As a retiree, Anne currently returns to UW Bothell as a volunteer.

Deborah Kelly is a UW Seattle alumna (BSN, 1975) and a UW Bothell alumna (MN, 2004). Deborah is a Registered Nurse with over 50 years of nursing experience, primarily in leadership, management, and education roles. She has worked in a variety of nursing roles including home health/hospice, ambulatory care, and clinical education. Deborah retired in 2018 and has continued to work as a nursing consultant for rural healthcare organizations.

Leslie Kees is the Senior Director of Emergency Services at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, providing executive oversight of emergency and critical care operations across multiple service lines. She leads large, complex clinical teams with a focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, throughput, and workforce optimization. Leslie also severs at the national level on the Emergency Nurses Association board of directors.

Margo Bykonen retired in July of 2021 after 41 years of Nursing at Swedish Medical Center. At the time of her retirement, she was the Chief Nursing Officer for the Swedish system. Prior to that position, Margo held leadership roles, including management of inpatient transplant, dialysis, infectious disease/HIV/AID and various other areas. She currently utilizes her nursing license to volunteer within the community in vaccine clinics and at Swedish as a cuddler in the Neonatal ICU.

Tamra Godfrey serves as CEO of Chateau Retirement Communities, a family-owned real estate and senior living organization in Washington, with a strong presence in Bothell at the Chateau Bothell Landing. She is focused on building community and connection for residents, families, and team members while advancing a systems-driven approach to high-quality care and operations. Tamra is a University of Washington Seattle alum, holding both her undergraduate and master’s degrees, and brings a deep commitment to workforce development, clinical collaboration, and innovative partnerships in aging services.
