Tracy Gojdics is a higher education leader with more than 23 years of experience in enrollment strategy, marketing, and academic program management. As Director of Undergraduate Programs at the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, she oversees undergraduate operations, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Tracy is known for her data-driven, student-centered approach and passion for building equitable pathways and fostering industry collaboration. She holds degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business. Outside work, she enjoys Tai Chi, gardening, pickleball, and traveling with her family and dog, Ruby.
