Scott Gleason on mentorship

I am excited to be a part of the UW Bothell Mentorship EDGE program, as it allows me to participate in the development of society’s future leaders. I have had the luxury to develop leadership skills thru trial and error working in restaurants, assembly lines, the US Navy, and now in the energy industry. I love to share the things I have learned to be successful, as well as the often-humorous lessons I learned thru failure. My goal to help students and young career professionals find their way.
