North Creek Events Center Rates

Additional Fees & Rental Rates

| Early Access Charge Fee | $100 | Fee applies for early building access, including building unlock services and HVAC scheduling outside of regular business hours. |
| Delivery Fee (Mailroom – Event Location) | $100 | Flat starting fee for delivery of materials and supplies from the Mailroom/Warehouse to the event location, including return transport after the event. Additional charges may apply based on delivery requirements. |
| Table – Location Reservation | $100/day | Daily rental rates apply per tabling event for the following locations: Codex Table DISC Lower Level (LL) Lobby DISC 1st Floor Lobby UW2 Commons Lobby Table UW1 1st Floor Lobby |
| UW2 Commons – Location Reservation | $200/day | Daily rental rates for the UW2 Commons. Available on weekends during the academic year; summer quarter availability may vary. |
| Plaza – Location Reservation | $300/day | Daily rental rates for the outdoor Plaza location include use of the permanent white tent. Rates may be adjusted based on event setup requirements, and additional charges may apply for extensive setup needs. |
| Storage Room/Work Room | $100/day | Daily rental rates apply to each storage/work room reserved in addition to the primary event location. Storage/work rooms are intended for storage and event support only and may not be used for event activities or sessions. |
