The Experience

After you apply, you will be connected with your mentor and meet them in a small group kick-off session. Then, you will connect with them for about 90 minutes at least once each quarter for mentoring.

Other opportunities throughout the year include:

  • Summer networking event
  • Membership in our private community LinkedIn group
  • Potential ongoing mentoring with your mentor
  • Recommendations on how to maximize your mentorship journey

The Results

Through mentorship, connections, and networking in the Mentorship EDGE program, students have been able to learn how to effectively present themselves in interviews, identify pathways toward their career, explore how to overcome certain setbacks, and step into the next chapter of their learning or career journey with confidence.
