Emily on mentorship

Mentors have been a huge part of my ability to develop and progress quickly in my career. I’ve learnt a great deal along the way, particularly working in global roles and the challenges this presents, and the pros/cons of working on consulting, in start-ups, and in tech. I want to pass on some of my learnings to-date in my career, and help others learn from both my triumphs, and my mistakes.
