Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Services
The Counseling Center provides a variety of services to meet our mission to support student mental health.
How to access services
Actively enrolled UW Bothell and Cascadia College students can call (425-352-3183), email (uwbcc@uw.edu), or visit our office in person (UW1 – 080) to schedule an intake assessment.
The University of Washington is committed to providing access and accommodation in its services, programs, and activities. To make a request connected to a disability or health condition contact us 10 days in advance at 425-352-3183 or email uwbcc@uw.edu.
What to expect
All students seeking clinical services will first have an intake assessment to meet with a clinician who will ask about your life, listen to your needs, and help you come up with your next steps. These steps may be ongoing services at the Counseling Center or referrals to more specialized care. You will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete paperwork. The forms include treatment consent, demographic information, and questions that tell us how you are doing in various areas of your life. This information helps us create a more tailored experience for you.
