The Counseling Center
The Counseling Center staff provides various services to meet the needs of students, parents, faculty, and staff. The Counseling Center offers confidential, short-term mental health counseling to enrolled UWB and Cascadia students free of charge. We offer same day crisis appointments, individual counseling, group counseling and couples counseling. Please contact us with any questions or to get started with an appointment!
Crisis Services
The Counseling Center offers drop-in hours on Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM for crisis or urgent concerns. If you need to speak to someone immediately and are unable to come during the drop-in hours, please call 425.352.3183 or visit us at our office in UW1-080.
