IAS student Zoe Wong publishes in The International Examiner

IAS student Zoe Wong published an article, “Standardized tests: Asian parents need to be part of the solution,” in The International Examiner. Wong reported and wrote the story as part of IAS faculty member Kristin Gustafson‘s Introduction to Journalism course. The course has a community-based-learning component. During the quarter, Wong and three other students visited the newspaper, talked with Editor-in-chief Travis Quezon, and created a blog about their experience.
