Per UW Mask Policy (effective March 28, 2022), masks are required when meeting with counselors in the UW Bothell Counseling Center.
The Counseling Center provides mental health counseling services to students who are registered for classes at UWB or Cascadia College in the current quarter. If you have questions about classes or your major, please contact the appropriate Academic Advising office. If you have questions about applications to UW Bothell, please contact the Admissions office.

UWB has partnered with MySSP to give students access to real-time, confidential mental health support, 24/7 and in multiple languages: Simplified Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish & French. MySSP counselors are licensed mental health therapists who are familiar with UWB resources. There are several ways to connect:

The Counseling Center offers In-person, Phone or Zoom video-counseling.
Students who want to begin counseling: Call the Counseling Center to schedule an Intake Appointment. Please let us know if you prefer in-person or telehealth appointment. For in-person intake, you will need to arrive 20-minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork at the front desk. For telehealth intake, your assigned counselor will email you online paperwork to complete the day before your appointment. Call 425-352-3183 to schedule your 45-minute Intake Appointment.
If you are experiencing crisis / urgent concerns: The Counseling Center offers same day appointments between 1:00 and 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. Drop-in appointments will last 5-30 minutes depending on your needs and are first-come-first-serve. Come by our office at UW1-080 to make an appointment.
