Counseling Center

The Counseling Center provides mental health counseling services to students currently who are registered for classes at UWB or Cascadia College in the current quarter. If you have questions about classes or your major, please contact the appropriate Academic Advising office. If you have questions about applications to UW Bothell, please contact the Admissions office.

The Counseling Center offers Phone or Zoom video-counseling. No in-person counseling is being offered at this time.

Students who want to begin counseling: Call the Counseling Center to schedule a Screening Appointment. The Screening Appointment will determine if all criteria for remote counseling are in place for you. These criteria include, but are not limited to, having a private place to speak with a counselor for 45 minutes, having the appropriate technology (phone, internet, computer, etc.), and having personal goals for counseling that fit with a remote counseling session. Call 425-352-3183 to schedule your 30-minute Screening Appointment.

If you are experiencing crisis / urgent concerns: The Counseling Center offers same day appointments between 1:00 and 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. Phone calls or Zoom video counseling will last between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your needs. Call 425.352.3183 to schedule your same day appointment for urgent or pressing issues.

If you have questions, please email us at or call 425.352.3183 to speak with the receptionist between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Noon) or 1:00 pm to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

What's new at the Counseling Center?
