Robert Gable, Program Manager Accreditation & Strategic Implementation (He, Him)

Robert M Gable joined UW School of Nursing as the first Tri-Campus (Bothell, Seattle, Tacoma) employee in 2023. Since then, Robert has been instrumental in serving as manager of relations between leadership at the Schools of Nursing across all campuses. Additionally, Robert has helped in directing strategic projects across UW Nursing including serving on the Systematic Evaluation Plan (SEP) data team that ensures alignment to both state and national requirements in order to uphold and maintain accreditation and compliance success. Presently, Robert works with both Bothell and Tacoma to serve as an accreditation and strategic manager. Outside of UW, Robert brings experience working with the nursing workforce from a recruiting and retention lens withing the long-term care nursing sector, helping to play a part in minimizing the gap that exists for clinical placement needs and workforce readiness within Washington state and beyond.
