Training & access
Training time has changed to every other Wednesday from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. starting Sept. 26, 2018.
UW Bothell staff, faculty, and student-staff may request access to edit the UW Bothell website after taking the introductory training offered by the web team. View available training sessions or click one of the "sign-up" buttons on the calendar above.
Advancement & External Relations Web Team has created several forms to assist UW Bothell faculty, staff, and student-staff request services related to the UW Bothell website.
Website project request
With our current resources, projects will take a minimum of four weeks or longer depending on complexity. This timeline does not start until after the web team has informed you that we have started the request. We will send a time line of completion upon request once the project has started. Please inform us of any deadlines.
Website quick request
Minor website changes such as changes to forms (not creating a form), requesting content HTML help, Google Analytics (user analytics), broken link reports, and more. With our current resources, projects can take anywhere of two to four weeks but you will always be given a timeline. Please inform us of any deadlines.
UW Trumba is a calendaring system for all campus public events and departmental calendars that has the capabilities for "widgets" to be added to webpages that display the calendar content. Not all units have a calendar so please check prior to requesting access. Visit our calendar page for an overview and training info; info on how to request an account is below.
Trumba Account Request
Send your request to Advancement & External Relations: email@example.com. You will need to include the following information when requesting for a new Trumba account:
- Full name
- Personal UW NetID*
- Your Department, school, college, or unit
* Note: Use of shared UW NetIDs for calendar administration is not allowed. The shared account provides no way of tracing calendar activity to a particular person, which may be warranted in case of an error or misuse.
