Dr. Walter Charczenko has been working in industry for over 35 years. He has specialized in the areas of high speed electronics and photonics. Since 2012, he has been a part-time lecturer of Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington Bothell. Dr. Charczenko is currently teaching multiple undergraduate courses in areas of electromagnetics and electronics. He has also created both undergraduate and graduate, coursework and research, in the areas of RF/Microwave Engineering and Signal Integrity. As the Founder and CEO (Chief Electromagnetics Officer) of ZTEM LLC, Dr. Charczenko has helped to establish the new Wireless Integrity Radiation Lab (WiRL) in conjunction with Dr. Konpal Ali at UW Bothell.
