LETI celebrates its 13th year shaping Latino leadership in Washington

Forty-four students from University of Washington Bothell, Edmonds College, and Skagit Valley College graduated from the Latino Educational Training Institute’s (LETI) Latino Leadership Initiative, which was hosted at UW Bothell.

The program equips students with leadership training, mentorship, networking, and community service experience to help them empower their communities and strengthen cultural pride. UW Bothell participants reflected on how the program shaped their academic and personal growth. They emphasized how community engagement and cultural identity have become central to their leadership journeys.
