Data requests

Submission overview

Please click on the link above to take you to a secure ticketing system where you are able to create a new data request ticket.

After your request is submitted you will receive a confirmation email noting your request and unique request number. This number will be used to track the request throughout the process.

Next an email will be sent as a follow up to let you know the request has been assigned to someone in the Office of Institutional Research who may need to follow up with you regarding the request should any questions arise. Requests will generally be answered within 1-3 weeks, depending on complexity. In many cases, someone from our office will contact you to discuss your request in more detail.

Please note, many of the most commonly requested figures are available on our website or within a published report.

In general, data will only be provided in the aggregate. All requests must adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data. Depending on the nature of the data, some requests take longer than others.
