Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee serves as the Chancellor’s advisory group for the 2025–26 academic year, leading the development of UW Bothell’s next strategic plan.

Working in partnership with Praxis HR, a consulting firm with a strong record of supporting strategic planning in higher education, the committee will engage students, staff, faculty, alumni and external partners to gather broad input and ensure the plan reflects the values of our diverse community.

Committee members will review data, assess emerging trends and help shape draft mission, vision, values, goals and strategies centered on equity, academic excellence, student success and community impact.

Building on the completion of our previous strategic plan in 2024, this effort will culminate with a draft plan submitted to the Chancellor’s Office in May 2026 for community feedback and refinement.
