Capital Requests & Capital Resource Planning
The Office of the University Architect is the University's capital planning office.
The UW One Capital Plan summarizes the University's major proposed capital needs for all three campuses.
Thanks to generous support from private donors, our student body and the State of Washington, the UW Bothell campus is experiencing unprecedented growth. Read below to learn more about our most recently completed projects.
The Phase 4 STEM Building project was for pre-design in the 2015-17 biennium and design in the 2017-19 biennium. This investment makes it UW Bothell's top priority for construction funding in the 2019-21 biennial capital request.
This design-build project provides central staging, storage and distribution of labor materials and equipment used in campus maintenance and operations of both Cascadia College and UW Bothell.
Completion: December 2019
More information is available on Cascadia College's webpage.
