Construction Projects

Capital Requests and Capital Resource Planning

The Office of the University Architect is the University's capital planning office.

The UW One Capital Plan summarizes the University's major proposed capital needs for all three campuses.

Thanks to generous support from private donors, our student body and the State of Washington, the UW Bothell campus is experiencing unprecedented growth.  Read below to learn more about our most recently completed projects.

The Phase 4 STEM Building project was funded in the 2015-17 biennium.  This investment makes it UW Bothell's top priority for design funding in the 2017-19 biennial capital request.
