Debra's primary role is at Seattle Children's Hospital as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Practice and Research.
Debra is an executive nurse leader with extensive experience with complex healthcare settings. She's committed to advancing exceptional, evidence-based nursing care and fostering an inclusive professional environment through local and national collaboration. Her expertise includes strategic planning, outcome-focused solutions, quality improvement, research, ethics, ANCC Magnet recognition, and teaching in an academic setting, among others. In addition to her primary role in a practice setting, she enjoys supporting nurses through academic teaching as they advance in their careers.
