Tickets

Extra Tickets

There are some extra tickets available for this year's commencement ceremony.  The extra tickets will be distributed on Tuesday, June 10 from 4-8 p.m. in the UW 2 Comms Hall Lobby.  These tickets will be distributed on a first-come first- served basis. Each student may receieve up to 4 additional tickets while supplies last.

Tickets

Entrance tickets are required for all guests. All tickets are complimentary and should be ordered by the student when completing the Commencement Registration/Order Form (May 5-25). Students receive their tickets when they pick up their apparel and other items at the North Creek Events Center during Grad Fair week (June 3-5).  (Students will select a specific pick up day when they complete the Commencement Registration/Order Form).

Guest Tickets

All guest tickets are for general admission seating, except those reserved for disability accommodations. Students may request up to eight (8) tickets through the Commencement Registration/Order Form. We ask that students confirm the attendance of their guests before ordering and choosing their Grad Fair appointment date, so that tickets are available for all who want them. As a courtesy to others, please do not request more tickets than you can use.  Seating is very limited. If you find that you have ordered tickets that you will not use, please drop them off at the 1st Floor Welcome Desk located in the Main Lobby of UW 1.

Guests with Special Needs

Certain sections of the arena have been reserved for guests with special needs and students must order tickets for these sections when they place their order online. If tickets are not ordered for guests with special needs during the online registration period, those guests may be required to sit in the General Seating sections which requires walking a far distance and may involve stairs etc.

Wheelchair seating – These sections accommodate 1 wheelchair and 1 chair for an attendant.

Mobility impaired (MI) seating – These seats are reserved for guests who may have trouble climbing stairs. One (1) family member may sit with the mobility impaired guest in the MI sections.

American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter – Guests in the ASL section may also have additional guest seated with them.

Assistive Listening Device (ALD) – ALDs will be available for those who need them. No tickets are required for these devices. However, students should reserve them when completing the web form so that enough devices will be on hand the day of the event.
