Education for transformation

By supporting the UW Bothell School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences (IAS), you partner with us in our mission-based commitment to the equitable and sustainable development of the region. We realize this mission by educating our diverse student body to become leaders and change-makers in their careers and communities, and by promoting faculty scholarship that makes a positive difference in the world.

Equal access is critical to this mission. As one of the largest schools on a campus where 35% of the students are eligible for need-based financial aid, 51% are the first in their families to attend college, and 64% are students-of-color, we are uniquely positioned to have a transformational impact on students’ lives, families, and communities. Your gift will help more students take full advantage of these educational opportunities.

The fund is designed to increase engagement and graduation rates for undergraduate and graduate students from all backgrounds, focusing on students with demonstrated financial need and educational promise. Donations to this fund will also support the Sandra Martin Roberts Memorial Scholarship.
