Alumna honored for championing Latinx student leadership and success
Felicity Abeyta ’03 received UW Bothell’s 2024 Outstanding Public Service Award for her leadership and advocacy with the Latino Leadership Initiative. As a first-generation college graduate and alumna of the School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences, Abeyta uses her personal journey and professional expertise to create opportunities for Latinx students to thrive — both on campus and in the community.
