Joseph Gacula, a senior majoring in Media & Communication Studies and in Applied Computing, has made the most of his time at UW Bothell by exploring his passions and gaining real-world experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From graphic design and filmmaking to game development and programming, Gacula has leveraged his diverse interests and skills to pursue work opportunities on campus and through internships with industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Applied Computing bachelor\u2019s degree<\/a> encourages students to apply their computing expertise alongside a second disciple, preparing them to solve challenges in a technology-driven world where computing knowledge is needed across nearly every profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
