Sarah leads the Student Success team and is an important liaison with the Office of Student Success at UW Bothell. She designs and implements strategies to improve retention, engagement, and academic outcomes for STEM students. Her focus is on creating an inclusive environment that supports transfer students and underrepresented populations. Sarah\u2019s team supports culminating student experiences and STEM Symposium events and works closely with faculty and staff to align programs with student needs and institutional goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sarah has worked in higher education and HR for the last ten years, most recently working as an Internship Coordinator for NASA. Prior to that, she recruited and hired for computer science, engineering, and cybersecurity contract roles for the Department of Defense.
