Prior to coming to UW Bothell, he worked as a software engineer at Microsoft. His research was focused on system and protocol design for sustainable wireless sensor networks and he was engaged in multiple research projects funded by NASA, USGS and NSF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>His current research interests include device, application, and network protocol designs for cyber-physical systems from the self-sustainability perspective.
