Yasemin serves as the career advisor for graduate STEM academic programs, providing support for those students in all career-related matters. She develops professional and career learning opportunities both through advising and events that integrate with graduate STEM students' overall educational experience.

Yasemin Bolstad spent the past six years of her career helping students gain meaningful employment. As a consultant at a London based Graduate Recruitment Consultancy, Yasemin has worked with clients and students internationally in managing career development programs, recruitment processes, and career coaching. She has experience in helping students with resume writing, interview techniques, networking techniques, and much more.

Yasemin has always been passionate about helping others. In 2015, aside from her full-time position, she helped co-found a non-profit organization in helping refugee students integrate into the university system of their transitioning countries. As an advocate of career development, she integrated career related services into the vision of the non-profit organization, which later functioned as a student ran career services platform for refugee students in the Netherlands.
