Ludmilla Kortchak, CSS Division Coordinator
Ludmilla provides administrative assistance to the Chair of the Computing and Software Systems Division and coordinates a variety of processes related to the life of the division.

Prior to joining UW Bothell, Ludmilla taught German at Indiana University, Bloomington, coordinated international visitor leadership programs at the Institute of International Education and managed language training programs at Berlitz. Most recently, she oversaw operations of STEP Computer Academy and managed the delivery of its STEM programs and services.
Job responsibilities
- Support the CSS Division Chair
- Maintain divisional Canvas site
- Coordinate and manage the course evaluation process and assist in preparing reports and forms to support the processes
- Coordinate student hourly hiring for reader/grader, undergraduate teaching assistant and undergraduate research assistant positions
