This letter contains a record of your full enrollment history at University of Washington, including the current quarter if it is after week 2 of the quarter (see note below).  It also contains your anticipated graduation date. If your anticipated graduation date is incorrect, please email the Office of the Registrar, uwbreg@uw.edu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Be advised that enrollment for the current quarter is not reported out to the National Student Clearinghouse until after the end of week 2 of the quarter. You will then be able to receive an enrollment certificate through the self-service portal by the end of week 3 of the quarter after the National Student Clearinghouse has updated their records.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you believe that enrollment verification certificate you have downloaded from the National Student Clearinghouse does not contain sufficient information for the entity requesting proof of enrollment, you must email the UW Bothell Office of the Registrar at <a href=\"mailto:uwbreg@uw.edu?subject=Current%20Quarter%20Enrollment%20Verification\">uwbreg@uw.edu<\/a>. Please be sure to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Certificate you downloaded through the link at Register.UW.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement as to why this form is not sufficient for the entity requiring proof of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed <a href=\"https:\/\/uw.kualibuild.com\/app\/67b90038c83bbd027d28c663\/run\">Enrollment Verification form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"future\">For Students (Future Quarter)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Future University of Washington students can download the free electronic enrollment verification instantly via the <a href=\"https:\/\/sdb.admin.uw.edu\/sisStudents\/uwnetid\/nsc\/\">National Student Clearinghouse <\/a>after logging into MyUW with a UW NetId. You will need to select &#8220;advanced registration&#8221; in order for the National Student Clearinghouse to pull your future enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Washington only officially verifies enrollment through the National Student Clearinghouse once the quarter has begun. If you require documentation to indicate you are enrolled for a quarter\u00a0<em>that has not yet started<\/em>, as long as you have already registered for courses for that future quarter, you may download an advanced registration certificate instantly via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sdb.admin.uw.edu\/sisStudents\/uwnetid\/nsc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>. Please make sure you are logged into Register.UW with your UWNetID, then select the\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cAdvanced Registration\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0option. This certificate will indicate that you are pre-registered for a future quarter at UW. It also contains your anticipated graduation date. Please be sure to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Certificate you downloaded through the link at Register.UW.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement as to why this form is not sufficient for the entity requiring proof of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed <a href=\"https:\/\/uw.kualibuild.com\/app\/67b90038c83bbd027d28c663\/run\">Enrollment Verification form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) CIP Code Letters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request a letter stating your major Classification of Instructional Program (CIP) code and date of acceptance into your major to be provided to the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) for scholarship eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Email a completed <a href=\"https:\/\/uw.kualibuild.com\/app\/67b90038c83bbd027d28c663\/run\">Enrollment Verification form<\/a> to the UW Bothell Office of the Registrar at <a href=\"mailto:uwbreg@uw.edu?subject=Degree%20Certification\">uwbreg@uw.edu<\/a> to request one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"non-uw-third\">Non-UW Third Parties <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need proof of enrollment from an UW student, they may provide you with a copy of their National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification certificate or their unofficial transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, you may purchase one from the <a href=\"https:\/\/nscverifications.org\/enrollmentverify\/\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"degree-certification\">Degree Certification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"grads\">Degree Certification for UW Graduates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a graduate of the University of Washington, you will not be able to receive a Degree Certificate through the National Student Clearinghouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Options for Degree Certification include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/registrar.washington.edu\/students\/transcripts\/\">Official Transcript<\/a> can also be requested for degree verification purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Degree-cert\">Degree Certification for Non-UW Third Parties <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Washington does not verify degrees or enrollment for third parties via telephone, email, fax or mail. If you need proof of a Degree Certification from an UW student, they may provide you with a copy of their official transcript. Or, you may purchase one from the <a href=\"https:\/\/nscverifications.org\/degreeverify\/\">National Student Clearinghouse.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special Investigators and other government employees are encouraged to use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/safe.apps.mil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DoD Safe<\/a>&nbsp;when completing background investigations on students.
